My day-to-day includes managing a database of 4000+ records. This involves ensuring that the data is accurate and current. Additionally, the role requires compiling and disseminating contract packages to ensure that clients have all the necessary information.

Another critical aspect of the role is creating and updating projects in software programs such as Excel, Word, Adobe, DocuSign, and PowerPoint. My role also involves billing fees of over $200K monthly, ensuring that clients are invoiced correctly and promptly. I am responsible for collecting and distributing insurance certificates for 90+ clients. This entails staying up-to-date on clients' insurance coverage and ensuring that certificates are distributed in a timely manner.

I am involved in assisting with client conference calls and gathering information related to difficult client situations. Working collaboratively with the National Sales Team helps to provide documentation and information to manage their territories. CRM audits and updates happen as needed to ensure that client information is precise and timely.

Moreover, the role requires managing high-volume contract files. This involves ensuring that all contracts are properly filed and can be easily retrieved as needed. Most recently this involved implementing a process of storing files electronically to be more environmentally conscious. Assist the Sr. VP of Sales and Sr. Account Administrator with daily tasks and special projects, including researching and documenting credits for disputed invoices.
